Coach Sheila J is the founder of Master U Coaching, author of You're Special Too, and creator of the S.H.I.N.E. Framework.
After years of struggling with rejection, abandonment, insecurity, self-doubt, and father absence, she discovered that transformation begins when we change how we see ourselves.
Today, Coach Sheila J helps girls and women stop shrinking, own their power, embrace their gifts, and shine boldly.
